Shipping & Returns
This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for orders placed with Adarsh Ventures. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Shipping and delivery
We ship orders across India through trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and carrier details are confirmed in your order quotation before the order is accepted. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, though bulk or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking information by email or phone where available.
- Returns
We accept returns where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered. To be eligible, a return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Beauty and personal care products that have been opened or used
- Custom, made-to-order, or specially procured products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised modification
- Return process
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@adarshventure.in with your order details and a description of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. Refunds or replacements are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong or a defective product.
- B2B and wholesale orders
Returns for B2B and wholesale orders may be subject to separate terms as stated in your quotation or purchase agreement. Please refer to your order documentation or contact us for order-specific return arrangements.
